Puglia Jewels is constantly inspired by a territory rich in history, knowledge and traditions. We wanted to create pieces with a unique design, combining craft traditions of the working of the ceramics of Grottaglie (TA) and the goldsmith of our laboratory, creating jewelry made in Italy.
Small jars, in the tradition called " pumu " and srulu ", are handmade by skilled potters in Grottaglie, and are decorated with elegant acanthus silver leaves finely worked in our jewelery workshop.
Length and rhodium (gold, pink, burnished silver or white) can be customized for free to make your jewelry unique and exclusive. Your necklace will be delivered in a stylish box.
On demand your jewelry can be made of gold.
The subjects of Puglia Jewels necklaces are antiques and come from Apulian tradition, namely that of Taranto.
Among the most typical objects "Lu capasone", container of large dimensions which serves to store the oil or wine; "Lu srulu", a ceramic jug in which they used to put wine or water and "Lu pumu", a ceramic object shaped like a bud which appears often as an ornament in the corners of the balconies of the houses, considered a good luck charm, often used such as wedding candy to convey opulence, wealth and fertility.
